Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using VAULT GG ("the Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Age rules

• You must be 13 or older to have an account. Under-13 accounts are deleted.
• You must be 18 or older to play the 🤫 Secret games, join or create coin buy-in chess games, or bet on chess games.
• If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy gems, and they agree to these Terms for you.
• Lying about your age can get your account removed.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google and you're responsible for what happens on your account. One person per account. Don't share, sell, or trade accounts.

4. Coins, gems and items

• Coins are free play money you earn on the site. Gems can be bought with real money.
• Coins, gems, items and anything else on VAULT GG have no cash value. They can't be cashed out, refunded, or exchanged for real money or anything outside the site.
• Gems can't be turned into coins. Gems are only for the shop.
• You may not sell or buy coins, gems, items or accounts for real money or anything of value, on or off the site.
• We can change prices, rewards, and balances (for example to fix a bug or exploit). Gem sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy or where the law says otherwise.
• The price on the pay button is the full price we charge. Nothing auto-renews.

5. Games of chance (18+)

Secret games like Blackjack, Roulette, Crash, Live Crash, Mines, Plinko, Chicken, Cases, Case Battles, Coin Flip Duels and Jackpot use free coins only, never real money, and you can't win anything of real value. Results come from secure randomness on our server. We may adjust a game's odds at any time; the current real win chances and payback are always shown in the 📊 Real odds table on the Secret page.

5b. Pets, packs and trading

Pet packs are bought with free coins and every pack shows its real odds. Pets can be traded on the pet market for coins only. Pets, like everything else here, have no cash value and can't be sold for real money anywhere. Crews, walls and tournaments follow the same rules as chat.

5c. VIP and season pass

VIP (30 days) and the premium season pass are bought with gems. They don't auto-renew, they only unlock cosmetics and free-coin bonuses, and they're non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. Players under 18 need a parent's OK to buy gems.

6. Stock market

The VAULT Market is a game. The stocks are made up, prices are set by the game (and can be moved by the owner), and it is not real investing or financial advice.

7. Be cool

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, scams, cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, or pretending to be staff. Don't share personal info (yours or anyone else's). Don't give move hints in chess chat during a live game.

8. Moderation

Staff can delete messages, time out, mute, or ban players, and reset balances gained by cheating. Staff actions are logged. We can suspend or end any account that breaks these Terms.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account anytime in Profile → 🗑️ Delete my account. Unused coins, gems and items are lost and not refunded.

10. Your content

You own what you post, but you let us show it on the Service so the site works (chats, bios, vaults, ideas). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share. Copyright owners can ask us to remove something via the Contact page.

11. Ads

The Service shows ads from Google. Players under 18 and signed-out visitors only get non-personalized ads. "Watch & earn" rewards are coins and gems with no cash value.

12. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is". It can go down, lose data, or change at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

13. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and post a notice for big changes. Using the Service after that means you accept them.
